The service was excellent. Somehow the florist knew exactly what l wanted. The flowers were even better than those in the publicity.Our flowers arrived on the date requested, beautifully fresh, and we were told via the recipient’s daughter that they were amongst the most beautiful she has received. She has had several bereavements recently and was particularly thrilled by the flowers from this florist’s. We were sent a photo and l was really pleased.

Overall, the service and the flower were both excellent as same as one the last year. Only something unexpected was the chocolate added. It was not one in the photo, was a larger boxes but less luxurious as a present. Hope it is gong to be improved.

Really easy to use the website and its a great service to be able to connect me to a local florist to send flowers to my mum for mothers day rather than having to go to the big flower delivery companies. I also experienced excellent and fast customer service in contacting the florist when there was a delay in delivery.Really lovely flowers for mothers day - my mum thought they were beautiful and they've lasted a long time also! And the staff went above and beyond to make sure to deliver the flowers on time despite the huge demand for mothers day flowers this year. Really appreciate the amazing service! And great also to support a local florist. I will definitely order from Kingston wild flowers again in future!

Ordering from out of the country, can make it difficult sometimes, but not this time! It was fast and easy, and the orchid was more beautiful than I trout it would be. Now that I have found a florist,I can trust, close to my family, I won???t hesitate to order more often. It would have been 5 stars, but they didn???t include ???Care instructions ???. It would be helpful to know how to care for such a big, beautiful plant.. (shouldn???t have to google it???.

The receiver of the flowers were very impressed with the selection but as a same day order I rung the shop to enquire about an estimated time. I ordered flowers for my Aunt and Uncles 50th. I didn't pick a specific arrangement (as I'm ordering from oversears) and what they sent was unique, beautiful and massive. Definitely made them feel special and, as it came in a large basket so all of the flowers would fit, it stood out from the usual vase arrangements. Fit their personalities very well and I absolutely got every pence worth. My only complaint would be that the flowers arrived a day early (still unsure why)....much better than late, I suppose. Highly recommend this florist.
